Mid-Year Report Information
What information is included on the Mid-Year Report?
- Marking period 1 & 2 grades
- Final average in all half-year classes (ex: TOK, LEAP, Public Speaking)
Additionally, the Mid-Year Report Form asks for your updated GPA. Your updated GPA includes all completed classes through junior year + the half-year classes you completed as a senior. Your current grade in full-year senior classes are NOT factored into your updated GPA.
When will Mid-Year Reports be sent?
Teachers will have their grades for marking period 2 and midterms finalized by Monday, February 8th. All Mid-Year Reports will be sent by Tuesday, February 16th.
Do I need to submit a request for you to send my Mid-Year Reports?
No, there is nothing for you to do. Every college that received your initial transcript will also receive your Mid-Year Report. The Office Status will be updated from "Initial Materials Submitted" to "Mid-Year Submitted" on your "College's I'm Applying To" page in Naviance.
There was a change in my second semester elective schedule, will this be included on the Mid-Year Report?
Yes
My application status says: 'Incomplete: Senior Year Grades Missing" ... should I be concerned?
NO! Colleges understand that high schools across the country operate on a wide range of different schedules.
