Governor's STEM Scholars 2021-22

The Governor’s STEM Scholars Program is accepting applications for the 2021-22 academic year. The program, a public-private partnership for students interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), is open to New Jersey students from grade 10 to the Ph.D. level. If accepted, student scholars receive a comprehensive introduction to the state’s STEM industry through a series of conferences, field trips, internship opportunities, and a research project. The program seeks to attract a diverse group of 75 high school and post-secondary students who are passionate about STEM and who are representative of all of New Jersey. The Governor’s STEM Scholars Program is an initiative of the Research & Development Council of New Jersey, the Governor’s Office, the New Jersey Department of Education, and the Secretary of Higher Education. Applying for STEM Scholars: The application is due on June 11.  Ask your school counselor by 6/4/21 for an electronic copy of your transcrip
