Mid-Year Report Information
What information is included on the Mid-Year Report? Marking period 1 & 2 grades Final average in all half-year classes (ex: TOK, LEAP, Public Speaking) See: Sample Mid-Year Report Card . It does not include your midterm exam grades. Additionally, the Mid-Year Report Form asks for your updated GPA. Your updated GPA includes all completed classes through junior year + the half-year classes you completed as a senior. Your current grade in full-year senior classes are NOT factored into your updated GPA. When will Mid-Year Reports be sent? Teachers will have their grades for marking period 2 and midterms finalized by Monday, February 8th. All Mid-Year Reports will be sent by Tuesday, February 16th.
